THESIS ARE PREORDERS! !!! Delivery times are 15-20 days. Production takes 10 days, and shipping takes 5 to 7 days.
Refund
At Moneywave, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, please note the following conditions regarding delivery and refunds:
- If the carrier's tracking indicates that the package was delivered to the provided address, no refund will be issued, even if you claim not to have received it. In this case, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office.
- If the carrier's tracking indicates that the package is lost or was never delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a reshipment of your order, whichever you prefer.
- For any delivery-related inquiries, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
